Sergey Riabokobylko is Executive Partner of Commonwealth Partnership group of companies, and a co-founder of the Russian office of Cushman & Wakefield. Sergey has over 28 years of experience in the real estate market, including consultancy, development, brokerage, corporate strategy, advisory, investment sales and marketing. Sergey has advised major corporate occupiers, owners and developers of commercial real estate projects, including land site holders, mixed-use developments, major industrial conversions as well as property investment portfolios in the capital, suburban, regional and CIS markets.
Sergey is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Sergey has been a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) for over 15 years and in 2010-2012 he served as Chairman of Russian National Council of ULI Europe. Sergey has been an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce, he has chaired the Real Estate Committee of AmCham for 12 years and since 2000 has served on the Chamber’s Board of Directors, currently he serves as vice-chairman of the AmCham Board. In June 2020 Sergey joined the presidium of the Russian Council of Shopping Centers (RCSC). During the last 15 years Sergey has served as independent director on the boards of leading property investment and development companies including GK Inteko, GK Samolet, Open Investments (MCX: OPIN) and PSN Group where he also served as Board Chairman. From 2022 to the present, Sergey has served as independent non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of PAO «Kalibr», the first international technopark in Moscow.
Sergey holds a BA(Hon) in Linguistics and Literature from Moscow State Linguistic University. He also studied International Relations and Shakespeare at Pomona College in Claremont, California, Real Estate Finance at CIREI, Chicago, and Executive Management and Corporate Governance at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. In 2018 Sergey successfully completed Directed Studies in Grand Strategy program at Yale University. Sergey speaks English and French fluently.

Sergey is one of a handful of experts to have a fundamental understanding of foreign property markets, including developed western economies and frontier markets such as Uzbekistan, Nigeria, Brazil, Iran and Mexico.
Under the leadership of Sergey Riabokobylko, the Commonwealth Partnership team (until April 2022 Cushman & Wakefield) has successfully implemented many landmark real estate and investment projects for Russian and international companies.
